Submit an Advertisement

To submit an advertisement to the DJPH, please

1. Read the DJPH Advertising Policy and read the DJPH Advertisement Guidelines
2.  Fill out this brief survey. (a new window will open, taking you to SurveyMonkey.com)
3. Submit the proposed advertisement to ksmith@delamed.org

Preferred Electronic Submission format is PDF x1a or TIFF

• Other Acceptable Formats: Photoshop TIFF (CMYK/300 dpi, flattened to a single layer) or Adobe Illustrator EPS (CMYK, all fonts converted to outlines and rasterized graphics embedded
• Images: Photoshop TIFF or JPEG (CMYK/300 dpi)
• Logos: Adobe Illustrator EPS (all fonts converted to outlines and rasterized graphics embedded), Photoshop TIFF or JPEG (CMYK/300 dpi)

Please Note:

• InDesign files must be converted to PDFs (CMYK / 300 dpi, maximum quality, fonts fully embedded – not subsets).
• The DJPH will not be held responsible for color accuracy.

Pricing

• 1 full page ad: $160
• 1/2 page ad: $80
• 1/4 page ad: $40
