There are no fees or costs associated with submitting to the Journal. These fees, sometimes charged by other publications, include article processing fees and article submission charges.
Manuscripts should follow the DJPH Submission Guidelines, and be in their final form at time of submission.
To submit an article to the DJPH, please:
- Download and Read the Submission Guidelines and Appendix B.
- If appropriate, fill out the copyright transfer form and submit it to managingeditor@djph.org. This is only by previous approval by the Editor In Chief to accept and reprint an article previously published in another peer-reviewed journal.
- Fill out this brief form and submit. Any articles submitted without this form will not be considered for publication.
Revision Policy:
All revisions to articles must be made prior to 11:59 pm on the day of the submission deadline. Any revisions requested after this time may be considered at the discretion of DJPH editorial staff. If a major issue (incorrect name/affiliation/degree; additional disclosures; etc.) needs to be revised after the issue has gone to print, editorial staff will have 48 business hours after being made aware of the issue to make said revisions. No revisions to articles, for any reason, will be made after the issue has been live for one week. After one week, any corrections will be listed in the next edition of the journal.
